HOW DOES THE SWISS ARABIAN REWARDS PROGRAM WORK?
Earning
You can sign up for the Swiss Arabian Rewards program at any of our stores. Just give us some details and you instantly become a member. You will earn 2% of the net transaction value as points for every 1 Dirham you spend at Swiss Arabian.
Redemption
- Instant redemption: 1 point is equal to AED1
- You can redeem points any time at any Swiss Arabian store in UAE, you will receive an SMS on your registered phone number with a unique code which you should provide to our friendly staff, and they will redeem your points.
- You can redeem any value of points from your account balance.
- Points earned will be reflected the next day in the member’s accounts.
Note
Points will automatically be forfeited if not redeemed within 12 months from the date of points earned. Swiss Arabian is not responsible for expired points as the system automatically deletes unused points balance after 12 months if it’s not used.
As a Swiss Arabian Rewards member, you will also receive invitations to special events, promotions and launches. You will receive all the latest news and updates about new products from Swiss Arabian.
