Refund Policy
- Refunds take up to 14 working days to be completed.
- Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment.
- Refunds can be offered as a voucher/coupon code with the same value as the products.
- Refunds are allowed within 14 days from the order date.
- If the order has not been shipped out yet, a refund will be processed immediately. However, if the order has been shipped out, the Customer Care team should cancel the order from the shipping company, and only upon the cancellation confirmation will the refund be processed.
