online experience was very bad, 1. wanted to order Red Jannatul firdaus, online it doesnt show the colour, when i clarified with customer service , they told it is model G2B, i paid 16 aed as deliver charges extra, however i received green colour, when i asked the online customer servise, they sold sorry mistake, now order R2B or R2B/2 which has a price difference of 8 AED per piece. but online both the models are shown as No.2 in the image, when i asked , as asual again the customer service replied mistake in the website, i was told to pay a difference if i ave to get the red genuine model, after much unwanted and heated exchanges of whatsup messages , they approved for a exchange to Red without any extra charges, The experience was very painfull, is it worth ??? rather look for an alternative in future is a genuine question in my mind ,which SA should respond?
